WEBINAR: 'Tracing the Contemporary Residential Architecture of Cyprus'
The Department of Architecture is hosting the webinar series entitled 'Tracing the Contemporary Residential Architecture of Cyprus' which has been created by the Arch 291 Architectural Design I studio team (Prof.Dr. Kokan Grchev (coordinator) – Asst.Prof.Dr. Pinar U. Righelato- Dr.Sevil Aydinlik-PhD Candidate Serife Hikmet) as part of their experimental studio work, involving the use of collaborative learning approach to encourage active participation of students in decision making and problem-solving.
Starting from 2020-21 Fall semester, in partnership with Housing, Education, Research and Advisory Centre & Research Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Built Environment (ISBE), the event is opening up to the wider public to raise awareness on the profession of architecture; how architects interact with clients during the design process and the significance of housing in the life of the user.
